The Seymour Library serves as an election site (please note: we are not an early voting place) on Tuesday, November 3rd, 2026. The library building will remain open to voters from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm that day. Library services will start at 10:00 am and end at 8:00 pm. Library services will not be available to voters or the general public during hours the library is not operating.
The Seymour Library will close early on Wednesday, November 25th at 4:00 pm. The library will remain closed in observation of the Thanksgiving Day holiday on Thursday, November 26th. The library will resume normal hours on Friday, November 27th at 10:00 am.
Notice is hereby given that the Seymour Library Board of Trustees will hold a Board Retreat and Special Meeting on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, at 6:00 PM at the Sweden Town Park Lodge to discuss the future of the library improvements with Livingston Associates.
